Zachry Construction Corporation was a construction company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, founded in 1924 by H. Bartell Zachry. In 2008, this entity was split into two distinct companies, Zachry Corporation and Zachry Holdings, Inc.

Zachry Corporation is responsible for road work and general building construction projects such as the Texas State Highway 130 (in collaboration with Spanish toll-road builder Cintra), and Interstate 69 in Texas (in collaboration with Spanish infrastructure company Grupo ACS). Previous roadwork projects include the High Five Interchange in Dallas, Texas.[1]

David S. Zachry is CEO of Zachry Corporation.

Zachry Holdings, Inc. is responsible for engineering, construction and maintenance of industrial projects in the power, refining, cement, nuclear and renewable markets. It sponsors David Starr in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. John B. Zachry is CEO of Zachry Holdings, Inc.

Both entities remain headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
